Editorial Policy
This page explains how GamingBroject finds, checks, writes and corrects its stories. It applies to everything we publish on gamingbroject.com.
Confirmed news only
We publish news that is confirmed by an official source: the publisher, the developer, the platform holder (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Valve and others), the hardware maker or the official store. We do not publish rumours, leaks or unverified reports as news.
Sources and verification
- Every news story links to its official source, so you can read the original announcement yourself.
- Release dates, prices and platforms are taken from the official announcement or store page.
- Free game offers are checked against the official store page, including the dates of the offer.
- We cover game patches when they are major updates that change the game, not every small fix.
How our stories are made
To report news quickly, we use software tools that monitor official news sources and help prepare first drafts, including AI-assisted writing tools. Tools never publish on their own. Every story is checked and published by a GamingBroject editor, who is responsible for its accuracy.
Images and videos
We use official press images, screenshots and trailers supplied by publishers and hardware makers, and we credit the owner. Videos we embed come from the official channel of the game, studio or brand.
Reviews, previews and guides
We say clearly what an article is based on. A preview or an article based on official information is never presented as a hands-on review. Guides explain where their information comes from and are updated when things change.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, we fix it. Send the article link and the correction to contact@gamingbroject.com. We check every report, correct confirmed errors as quickly as we can and update the article when the official information changes.
Independence and advertising
Nobody pays for coverage on GamingBroject. Publishers and brands cannot buy a story or change what we write about their products. If we ever publish sponsored content or use affiliate links, we will label them clearly. Advertising on the site, if we show it, is kept separate from our editorial decisions.
Who is responsible
GamingBroject is owned and run by Panos, Christos and Spiros from Athens, Greece. Questions about this policy: contact@gamingbroject.com. Learn more about us.
