About GamingBroject Publisher
GamingBroject Publisher is operated by GamingBroject, Panos Kapetanakis. It is an internal editorial tool used by authorized GamingBroject editors to prepare original gaming-news media and send selected content to a connected TikTok account for review. It is not a TikTok product or a public multi-user publishing service.
These terms concern the Publisher’s TikTok integration, not a paid subscription or the other services on gamingbroject.com. Contact: contact@gamingbroject.com.
Test status and publishing limits
The integration is being tested in TikTok’s restricted sandbox. Access is limited to registered test accounts. A prepared image, an upload request, or a successful upload receipt does not mean that content is publicly published.
The intended workflow uses TikTok’s Upload function. After an upload reaches TikTok, the account holder must open the TikTok inbox notification, review the content, and complete publication in TikTok. This integration does not promise automatic TikTok Stories, automatic music licensing, or public Direct Post approval.
Account authorization
Only connect an account you own or are authorized to manage. Authorization takes place on TikTok’s own authorization screens. Do not enter a TikTok password into GamingBroject or send passwords, authentication codes, or access tokens to our support contact.
The test requests basic profile information and permission to upload drafts. Connecting an account is not blanket approval to publish every article. Editors must select the intended account, content and delivery action. You may revoke the app’s authorization in TikTok.
Editorial responsibility and content rights
Review every title, caption, image and video before sending or publishing it. Only upload content you have the necessary rights and permissions to use. A publicly accessible article, trailer or photograph is not automatically licensed for copying and re-uploading. Do not use this tool to impersonate others, disclose private information, send spam, or submit misleading or unlawful material.
You retain your existing rights in your content. You authorize the processing and transfer needed for the specific upload you request. TikTok’s own terms and policies govern its handling and publication of uploaded content.
Reliability, support and stopping use
TikTok may reject, delay, limit or interrupt an upload, or require renewed authorization. We do not guarantee acceptance, availability, delivery time or reach. Where the result of an upload is uncertain, its status must be checked before another upload is attempted.
You can stop using the integration and revoke its TikTok authorization. Contact the operator for help removing the stored connection or investigating an upload. Removing the connection does not remove content already held by TikTok; manage that content through TikTok.
The Publisher’s separate Privacy Policy explains the information used by the integration. Material changes to these terms will be presented for review before further use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
