Arc Raiders releases Frozen Trail, 2.0 Update with new map conditions, items, and quest system improvements.

The update introduces new map conditions including Frigate and Redirection, along with new items such as a Grappling Hook, Basic and Advanced Cameras, Tether Launcher, Yank Grenade, Mountaineer’s Detector, Banjo and Harmonica, and the Outpost with a new Research Bench and lootable "Design" items that unlock craftable furniture.

Our Take

Frozen Trail, the 2.0 update, is out, and the devs say it's their biggest since launch, with 22 new quests. I'm waiting on updates for Arc Raiders in general, and I'm also waiting to try the PvE.

I believe this game still has more to give. I liked it a lot, but the many cheats spoiled it for me.

The update adds 22 new quests, reworks the Map Selection screen for visual and usability improvements, and increases the Max Stash Size by two levels to 328 without Expedition bonuses.

Arc Raiders thanks players for bug reports and long-term support, stating the update is their biggest since launch with extensive fixes and new content.
