According to Polygon, Escape From Tarkov's 1.2.0.0 update introduces the EXFIL Brothers program to help new players and veterans improve together.
Polygon and IGN notes that the update introduces the EXFIL Brothers program, allowing veteran players (operators) to team up with new players (candidates) and earn rewards.
Operators and candidates receive a 5% XP bonus for raids, and rewards increase as the candidate reaches levels 10, 20, and 30, including TarCoin, bitcoins, and unique items.
PvE prestige now has six levels, with permanent rewards including unique weapons like the NKVD Finka knife and Akula dagger, and bot behavior has been reworked to include more dynamic interactions.

Our Take
Escape from Tarkov takes realism to the max. Even though it's a hardcore game, it has been a huge success. For me, though, I believe it needs a major graphics update.
