Maximize Your Game with NBA 2K27 on the Nintendo Switch 2 System

This year, Nintendo Switch™ 2 players gain access to boosted performance and Nintendo Switch 2-exclusive motion controlled mini-games, making this the most immersive and technically capable NBA 2K Nintendo title yet.

Confirmed console details

NBA 2K27 can now be played at a smooth 60 FPS on the Nintendo Switch 2 system. While Fidelity Mode will still be available at 30 FPS, the 60 FPS Performance Mode offers significantly smoother animations, minimized blur, and quicker input response times. Run the court and drain threes with ultra-realistic animations from your favorite NBA and WNBA superstars.

Pickup Party: Play pickup games with two teams and up to three other teammates while using motion controls to shoot, rebound, pass, and more. Gain an edge with unique power-ups and secure the W.

Three Spree: Make it rain in the 3PT Contest. Keep an eye out for game-changing power-ups and face off against your friends in the ultimate shooting competition.

Dynamic Dunk-Off: Throw down intricate, high-flying slams to wow the judges. The best dunker wins in this athletic showcase.

Arcade Alley: Play your favorite arcade-style basketball game in NBA 2K27. Sink as many shots as you can in the allotted time to prove your release is automatic.

All mini games utilize the Nintendo Switch 2’s motion controls, immersing you in basketball action and bringing high-level hoops right into your living room.

Additionally, with full GameShare and mouse support with your Joy Con 2 controllers alongside brand-new achievements, Nintendo Switch 2 players will enjoy a streamlined social experience and a new way to navigate the game. Explore menus with ease and take full advantage of GameShare, allowing you to play online* with your friends, regardless of whether or not they own a copy of NBA 2K27.

*Online play requires an internet connection and NBA 2K Account. Console online play requires separate paid subscription. Terms apply.
