CONTROL Resonant launches September 24th with path tracing and DLSS 4.5, including Ray Reconstruction and Dynamic Multi Frame Generation on GeForce RTX.
Key specifications and details
- Remedy Entertainment’s CONTROL Resonant is launching on September 24th at 7am PT! In the sequel to the multi-award-winning CONTROL, you’ll explore the expansive zones of a ravaged Manhattan, overrun by the corrupting influences of the chaotic Hiss, invasive micro-organism, the Mold, and other twisted paranatural threats.
- On GeForce RTX PCs and laptops, and GeForce NOW, you can enhance CONTROL Resonant with more immersive and realistic path-traced lighting, accelerated and enhanced by the complete suite of DLSS 4.5 technologies, including Ray Reconstruction and Dynamic Multi Frame Generation.
- Remedy Entertainment have combined engrossing gameplay with spectacular graphics since their 1995 founding. In 2016, Remedy launched their first Northlight Engine game, advancing the state of the art in graphics ever since.
- The release of CONTROL in 2019 saw the introduction of ray tracing to Northlight, and to this day CONTROL remains one of the most impressive ray-traced titles available. 2023’s Alan Wake 2 raised the bar for graphics once more, upgrading Northlight with more detailed, more realistic, and more immersive path tracing.
- CONTROL Resonant takes everything Remedy has learned from the two earlier titles and applies that to the new game’s twisted city, and its occasional return to the offices of the FBC.
